At PodHub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 5 -14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PodHub is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
